As part of the Global Budget and Business Planning team, t he Data Analytics Manager will play a key role in supporting budgeting and business planning processes through accurate data management and insightful reporting. This position involves gathering and validating data, designing and creating dashboards and reports, and ensuring data governance to enable informed decision-making across the organization.

The expected base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $110,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.

This position involves gathering and validating data, designing and creating dashboards and reports, and ensuring data governance to enable informed decision-making across the organization.
What you will do
- Collect, consolidate, and validate budget and business planning data
- Design and deliver dashboards, reports, and visualizations that provide meaningful insights for strategic decision making
- Maintain databases, reporting tools, and SharePoint sites to ensure reliable access, version control, and effective information management
- Ensure data quality and governance by validating completeness and consistency
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand data needs and respond to reporting and analysis queries
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, automation, and usability of data and reporting solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization with focus on financial data
- Proven experience in tools such as SQL, Power BI, Power Query and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
