At KPMG, you'll join a team of diverse and dedicated problem solvers, connected by a common cause: turning insight into opportunity for clients and communities around the world.

As a Consultant on the Go-to-Market Client Services team, you will play a key role in delivering client implementation projects and ensuring the successful adoption of KPMG's digital and technology-enabled solutions. You will work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to translate product capabilities into real-world outcomes, managing implementation workstreams and ensuring high-quality delivery.

This role sits at the intersection of client service, implementation delivery, and emerging technology, offering the opportunity to help deliver impactful solutions for clients. You will work directly with internal engagement teams and clients on meaningful implementation projects while developing expertise in digital products and technology-enabled services. In addition, the role provides exposure to AI-driven initiatives and emerging technologies, enabling you to contribute to the continued growth and evolution of KPMG's digital offerings.

We are looking for a Consultant who is in-service by default - you balance multiple client projects with hands-on execution and care deeply about outcomes in live client service environments.

What you will do
  • Support the delivery of client implementation projects for KPMG's digital and technology-enabled solutions
  • Work directly with clients to understand workflows, requirements, and operational needs during implementation
  • Configure, test, and operationalize solutions within client environments to ensure successful adoption
  • Manage project workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams including product, technology, and client service practitioners to ensure effective delivery
  • Participate in client discovery sessions to translate business challenges into implementation plans
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve delivery issues or client challenges
  • Provide hands-on support to clients throughout onboarding, deployment, and adoption stages
  • Document implementation processes and contribute to the development of repeatable delivery playbooks
  • Provide feedback to product and development teams to improve solutions based on client experience
  • Support initiatives exploring AI and emerging technologies to enhance client service delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of KPMG's Go-to-Market digital offerings and client delivery frameworks
What you bring to the role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in consulting, client delivery, implementation, or technology-enabled services
  • Experience working on client-facing projects with defined deliverables and timelines
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical implementation plans
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with both internal teams and external clients
  • Comfort working in technology-driven environments and learning new tools quickly
  • Curiosity and interest in AI, emerging technologies, and digital transformation
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality client outcomes
