In transfer pricing, customs and international trade at PwC, you will focus on providing guidance and support to clients on cross-border transaction matters. Your work will focus on helping businesses navigate customs regulations, optimize duty management, and ensure compliance with international trade laws. You'll support clients in structuring their global supply chains efficiently, mitigating risks related to import/export activities, and resolving customs-related disputes. While transfer pricing may intersect with your work, your primary focus will be on delivering strategic insights and practical solutions in the areas of customs valuation, tariff classification, and trade facilitation. Driven by curiosity, you are a reliable, contributing member of a team. Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Transfer Pricing Customs Dir ecto r , you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Lead strategic customs and trade advisory projects for top-tier clients
• Design and optimize import compliance programs and duty savings strategies
• Oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Guide and mentor a high-performing team of managers and senior staff
• Serve as the go-to expert for complex customs and trade compliance issues
• Build and grow key client relationships and identify new service opportunities
• Represent clients in regulatory discussions and customs audits
• Drive innovation through new tools, templates, and methodologies
• Collaborate across global teams on multi-jurisdictional projects
• Ensure technical excellence and alignment with client business goals

Experience and skills you'll use to solve
• Extensive hands-on experience in customs and international trade advisory
• Recognized certifications (e.g., CCS, CTCS, CES) or relevant advanced degrees
• Deep knowledge of customs laws, trade agreements, and regulatory frameworks
• Adaptability and creativity in solving evolving trade challenges
• Experience in business development and client engagement
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and client relationships
• Strong communication and presentation skills with executive presence
• A collaborative mindset and technology first approach to problem solving
• When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required . Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset

PwC BC Region Pay Range Information
The salary range* for this position is $ 129.200,00 - 172.300,00 - $215.400,00 CAD Annual, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon your skills, experience, qualifications and geographic location.

*Please note that the salary range for this position is reflected for our British Columbia region . Given our national recruiting approach, we recruit (and may hire) in other regions and therefore the salary range may differ depending on the work location .
