Pay Rate: $22.80/hourly

Shift: Monday to Tuesday 16:00 - 20:00 Saturday 09:00 - 17:00

Job Description:
• Proactive & reactive security patrols
• Majority of shift will be spent conducting exterior patrols
• Response to incidents
• Enforce site rules and regulations
• Report writing and note taking
• Daily shift reports
• Access Control
• Investigate routine incidents
• Additional Duties as Assigned
Job Requirements:
• Valid Security License for Ontario
• Valid Standard First Aid & CPR - Level C (from a WSIB-approved vendor)
• Able to stand for up to 6-8 hours per shift
• Able to complete extensive patrolling of site
• Fluent English communication (oral and written) required
• Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB)

• Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position. You will be required to attend in-person training at the Kingston office to complete the certification
• Please be aware: The UoF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite; however, Paladin will cover all the costs of the training with a 6-month commitment to the position/availability
• Legally authorized to work in Canada

Certification Requirements (All)

First Aid, CPR Level C
Valid Ontario Security License
