Our PwC internal Technology Strategy team within our Products and Technology group is a multidisciplinary group of technology strategists focused on addressing complex business challenges through innovative solutions. The team is organized across distinct capability areas including AI, Enterprise Technology Strategy and Enterprise Architecture, and the integration of cutting-edge technologies from PwC's global network. The Tech Strategy AI Manager role is central to the development and implementation of transformative technologies that enable our AI and Technology strategies at PwC Canada. This position involves leading a group of skilled professionals and working collaboratively with cross-functional partners - including those specializing in process excellence, data, risk, and development - to tackle multifaceted business problems and deliver practical, high-impact solutions. The role encompasses advanced technology research, strategic alignment with business objectives, and the translation of AI insights into actionable outcomes for both the organization and its clients. It also offers pathways to develop leadership capabilities and contribute to digital transformation initiatives that drive meaningful change within and beyond PwC Canada.

Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Tech nology Strat egy AI Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead and deliver end-to-end technology and AI use case strategies for impactful business solutions
• Oversee strategic validation and solution approach of high-value technologies and AI initiatives
• Collaborate with internal lines of service, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI use cases
• Develop and reinvent frameworks and processes for assessing and prioritizing AI solutions
• Drive adoption of AI technologies and best practices leveraging the Microsoft stack including Azure AI, Copilot, and Power Platform
• Conduct end-to-end research and analysis on global and local technology/ AI trends and emerging use cases
• Produce actionable insights and thought leadership on the evolving technology and AI market
• Mentor and oversee a team of strategists, fostering high performance and professional growth
• Champion agile and lean methodologies for rapid, iterative AI solution delivery and continuous improvement
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within the team and organization

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology, business, or related discipline
• Proven experience leading teams of strategists and collaborating with cross-functional groups such as process excellence, data, risk, and development
• Expertise in AI strategy, use case development, and technology implementation with hands-on exposure to Microsoft AI and data platforms
• Ability to synthesize complex AI trends, models, and technologies into actionable business strategies
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft suite of products
• U nderstanding of lean and agile methodologies in AI and technology delivery
• Ability to navigate and thrive in complex, ambiguous environments and manage multiple decision makers
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technology and AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in research, analysis, resource management, strategy, and digital transformation
• Creativity and adaptability to bring fresh approaches as business needs evolve
