Working in this area, you will provide consulting services to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of Microsoft applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.
Meaningful work you'll be a part of:
As a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional, Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
A career within Microsoft Consulting services, will provide the opportunity to help our clients evaluate their supporting technologies needed to engage effectively with their customers, supply chain and employees. We contribute to PwC's value proposition of strategy led and technology enabled by aligning our Advisory industry focus with Microsoft's key technologies such as Dynamics 365 SCM, Office365, Azure and Business Intelligence Analytics.

• Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion.
• Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop skills outside your comfort zone, and encourage others to do the same.
• Effectively mentor others.
• Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members.
• Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
• Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Experience and skills you'll use to solve
• Experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional for 6+ years
• 4+ years experience in Dynamics 365 & Power platform with Sales CRM domain experience
• Good communication skills, team player and positive attitude
• Ability to individually contribute and mentor junior resources
• Scrum/Agile methodology knowledge and experience
• Flexibility to perform testing strategies, tests and (optional) use test automation tools
• Flexible to learn and adopt to new technologies
• Exposure to QA processes and practices will be beneficial
Preferred skill sets
• Node.js, Angular.js, React.jsJQuery, CSS, HTML 5, AJAX
