As a Technologist - Land Development & Municipal Engineering, you'll contribute directly to shaping the communities in and around Sudbury. Your work will support multidisciplinary engineering teams as you help deliver infrastructure projects that improve how people live, move, and connect. This role includes a balanced mix of office design work, field exposure, and collaboration with subject matter experts who champion your growth.

Your Impact
- Create accurate and detailed AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings and 3D models for municipal and land development projects.
- Prepare technical specifications, quantity summaries, and cost estimates for tender and construction.
- Complete field inspections to verify design intent, quality, and construction progress.
- Perform topographic surveys using up-to-date field equipment.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and technologists to ensure project alignment.
- Interpret engineering drawings, standards, and municipal requirements with support from experienced team members.
- Assist with proposals, contract administration, and project documentation as needed.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary project coordination that supports public and private sector clients.
The Skills That Set You Apart
- Completion of a three-year Civil Engineering Technology diploma (or equivalent).
- Eligibility or interest in pursuing the Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) designation.
- 0-5 years of experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D in municipal or land development design.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and technical requirements.
- Interest in developing knowledge of OPSS/OPSD and municipal engineering practices.
- Curiosity and adaptability in both office and field environments.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence.

Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $57,500 - $76,200
MB & ON : $52,500 - $72,300
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $52,000 - $69,000
