This is a Hybrid position: 4 days in office.

Manages the setup, configuration, and delivery of product solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and in compliance with standards. Provides implementation support, addressing queries and optimizing products to ensure they meet timelines, budgets, quality and compliance requirements.
  • Supports multiple implementations simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while meeting standards.
  • Provides ongoing assistance to clients post-implementation, resolving technical queries and facilitating optimal product usage.
  • Performs User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validates solutions to ensure successful implementation with minimal disruptions.
  • Monitors data integrity during solution setup, tracks errors, and ensures corrective measures are implemented to meet compliance and organizational standards.
  • Supports internal teams such as operations, legal, compliance, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and accurate execution of implementation tasks.
  • Collaborates with documentation specialists to ensure completeness, regulatory compliance, and audit-readiness for all project files.
  • Manages end-to-end solution implementations, and setups for the onboarding of clients in delivering product solutions.
  • Manages the solution, setup, configuration, and delivery of product solutions.
  • Partners with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of implementation tasks.
  • Ensures compliant legal documentation for audit readiness.
  • Identifies gaps and recommends strategies to improve implementation efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Focus may be on a business/group.
  • Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions.
  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
  • Works mostly independently.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
  • Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying our Risk Management Framework in the execution of your role, in line with our Risk Culture and within our approved Risk Appetite, making sound and risk informed decisions that align to business strategy, protect assets, and adhere to applicable policy documents (Frameworks, Policies, Standards, Procedures and Supporting documents), laws and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in bank with comprehensive knowledge of solution implementation, bank products, services, and organization and banking group interrelationships are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred. Any other related discipline or commensurate work experience considered.
  • Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience.

You're fluent in French and English as this role provides support to clients and team members inside and/or outside the province of Quebec .

Salary:

$45,500.00 - $84,500.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
