The expected base salary range for this position is $73,000-$97,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies , and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.

The expected base salary range for this position is $77,000-$102,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.

KPMG's Supply Chain & Procurement Solutions practice helps organizations improve how they plan, move, store, fulfill, and manage goods and services. Our teams work with leading organizations to modernize supply chain operating models, improve service delivery and governance, and support technology-enabled transformation across planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, distribution, transportation and operations.
What you will do
- Lead and support supply chain, warehouse and logistics transformation workstreams, including current-state assessments, future-state design and implementation planning.
- Support supply chain technology-enabled transformation activities, including requirements gathering, workflow design, UAT planning, deployment readiness, training and change management.
- Plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, working sessions and workshops; synthesize inputs into clear recommendations and client-ready deliverables.
- Assess, document, and redesign business processes across planning, inventory, warehousing, distribution, transportation, logistics, fulfillment, and related operations areas.
- Use structured analysis, data modelling, and business insight to identify the root cause of performance gaps and risks while identifying opportunities and practical improvement initiatives.
- Prepare high-quality project materials, including workplans, workstream trackers, RAID logs, process maps, operating model documentation, implementation roadmaps, presentations, and executive-ready outputs.
- Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities, including market research, proposal content, case examples, solutioning support, and presentation materials.
- Work directly with client teams and senior leaders to coordinate activities, manage dependencies, raise issues early and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Coach and support junior team members by reviewing work, sharing consulting methods, developing reusable templates, and helping build the broader team's supply chain and logistics capabilities
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in management consulting, supply chain, warehouse or distribution operations, logistics, business transformation, process improvement, technology-enabled change or a related advisory environment.
- Experience supporting or leading warehouse, distribution centre and logistics improvement initiatives, including areas such as inventory flow, receiving, picking and packing, fulfillment, transportation, labour productivity and operational process improvement.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and structured communication skills, with the ability to turn complex information into practical recommendations and concise executive-ready materials.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management skills, including experience working with cross-functional teams, client stakeholders, leaders, and project teams in dynamic environments.
- Experience facilitating or supporting workshops, interviews, process mapping, requirements gathering, testing, training, implementation planning and change management activities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead sections of deliverables, prepare client-ready materials, and communicate insights clearly to different audiences.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Familiarity with Visio, Power BI, project management tools, ERP systems, WMS, TMS or other supply chain technologies is an asset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, take ownership of assigned work, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify risks, issues and improvement opportunities.
- A curious, client-service-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality, continuous learning, professional growth and contributing to an inclusive team culture.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, engineering, supply chain, operations management, information systems or a related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may also be considered.
- A graduate degree, MBA, or supply chain certification such as SCMP, CPIM, CSCP, PMP, Lean Six Sigma or related professional learning would be considered an asset.
- Experience with supply chain, warehouse or logistics technology implementations, including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder/JDA, WMS, TMS or related platforms.
- Experience with requirements gathering, configuration support, workflow design, user acceptance testing, data cleansing, reporting, training, cutover planning, deployment or post-implementation support.
- Experience in retail, distribution, transportation, third-party logistics, manufacturing or other complex operating environments, with exposure to store replenishment, omnichannel fulfillment and/or distribution centre operations considered an asset.
- Understanding of project delivery methods, agile or hybrid ways of working, process mapping, operating model design, governance, performance reporting, benefits realization and business case development.
- Experience contributing to proposals, client pursuits, credentials, thought leadership, solution development or account growth activities is considered an asset.
