A Deloitte Program Delivery role involves leading the end-to-end delivery of projects, collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring effective outcomes and significant business impact through strategic collaboration, clear communication, and alignment with business goals. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing cross-functional teams, optimizing delivery processes, and fostering a customer-centric approach. You will drive continuous improvement, engage stakeholders, and develop high-quality solutions that are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a PMP certification, recommended. He or she will also be a leader and mentor, committed to achieving excellence and driving success for clients and business investments.
What will your typical day look like?
Delivery Management:
• Focus on delivering the right customer and business outcomes by engaging with product teams and ensuring proper structure, skills, and measurement metrics.
• Champion delivery using appropriate methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.), work with Product Managers to drive priorities and execution, customize delivery methods, and remove roadblocks.
• Foster excellence within delivery teams by ensuring quality processes and standards, engaging in value delivery, and encouraging experimentation with new techniques/tools (e.g., GenAI).
• Drive lean solutions through rapid experimentation, engaging with customers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Ensure inclusive and diverse teams, drive engagement, remove obstacles, coach team members, and focus on employee satisfaction and efficiency improvements.
• Leverage AI-powered analytics and insights to inform program planning, risk management, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
Functional Delivery:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, develop, and maintain a strategic product roadmap that aligns business objectives and client requirements.
• Facilitate the creation, refinement, and review of user stories to ensure clear requirements, acceptance criteria are defined and aligned with the product vision and roadmap.
• Leverage AI technologies to enhance delivery efficiency, automate routine tasks, support data-driven decision-making, and encourage innovation within delivery teams.
• Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile best practices, backlog refinement, AI concepts, tools, and best practices etc. to promote talent development including upskilling to build AI literacy within the team.
• Proactively removes impediments, facilitates stakeholder communication, and ensures transparency of team activities.
• Collaborates with other Scrum Masters, participates in Agile Release Trains (ART), and fosters cross-team effectiveness.
• Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to effectively support Agile teams.
Project Management:
• Demonstrate expertise in SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, Lean, Kanban), engage in planning and refinement, ensure quality, and drive risk management and optimization.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills, serve as the contact for value achievement, facilitate workshops, and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Draft program, including executive, status updates to proactively communicate risks and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, timely escalation, and effective resolution strategies.
• Maintain expert knowledge of project delivery tools like Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Quickly acquire domain-specific knowledge to drive product value and align with organizational goals.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with regulatory, ethical, and data governance standards, and establish best practices for responsible AI use.
Program Delivery:
• Work collaboratively with product, experience, engineering, infrastructure, security/risk, and other cross-functional teams; manage conflicts and foster innovation.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels, build relationships, foster a culture of co-creation, and align perspectives for quality solutions.
• Review and report on program financials, innovation, and engagement at a broader, program-wide level.
• Spread knowledge through community sessions and provide program-level examples of quality solutions.
• Identify and implement AI tools and automation opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and drive continuous improvement across program delivery.

• For Senior Consultant: Minimum 6+ years of experience in consulting, technology, or a relevant industry role.
• For Manager role: Minimum 8+ years of experience in consulting, technology, or a relevant industry role, with proven leadership in delivering medium / large-scale programs.
• Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, is highly recommended.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $138,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
