Job Description
We’re seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy Remote Project Developer Manager to lead distributed software development teams and drive successful delivery of technical projects. You’ll bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution—ensuring timely, high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee multiple software development projects remotely.
Coordinate with developers, designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
Manage project timelines, scope, resources, and deliverables using Agile methodologies.
Lead standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and present updates.
Identify risks and proactively resolve blockers.
Maintain clear documentation and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of project management experience in a software development environment.
Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, GitHub, Notion, Confluence, Slack, and Zoom.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to translate technical language for non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus: background in software development or technical education.
Nice to Have
PMP, CSM, or Agile certification.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps culture.
Worked with international teams across multiple time zones.
Knowledge of UX/UI, frontend/backend technologies.
