Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to assist customers, answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent support through phone, email, and online chat. The successful candidate will work remotely while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Process customer requests, orders, updates, and account inquiries.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Follow up with customers when additional assistance is required.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude in all customer interactions.
- Meet established customer-service and performance standards.
- Protect confidential customer and company information.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good computer and typing skills.
- Familiarity with email, chat, and customer-service software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to remain professional in challenging situations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and suitable home-office setup.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
