Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources / Recruitment Specialist to join our remote team. The successful candidate will support recruitment activities, communicate with candidates, coordinate interviews, and assist with various HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Review resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants.
- Prepare and publish job postings on appropriate platforms.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records.
- Assist with onboarding and new-hire documentation.
- Respond to employee and candidate inquiries.
- Support general HR and administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Good written and verbal English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment practices.
- Previous HR, recruiting, or administrative experience is an advantage.
