Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Software engineering lead, Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Take an "always learning" approach to leadership, driving innovation and fostering professional growth within the team.
• Lead and contribute as a technical team leader across multiple concurrent development & full stack cloud projects.
• Serve as a technical Lead (Subject Matter Expert), designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance full stack solutions for client organizations.
• Design and develop full stack applications, ensuring seamless integration across cloud platforms, data flow and security.
• Propose and implement best practices to optimize clients' application modernization, performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
• Provide guidance on project priorities, resource allocation, and scheduling for cloud-related initiatives.
• Mentor globally distributed teams and coach team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering collaborative, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Identify, qualify, and close new service opportunities with clients while managing and expanding existing client relationships.
• Continuously enhance your knowledge and expertise in emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies related to full stack and cloud engineering.
Experience and skills you'll use to solve
• A passion for staying updated on technology trends, an openness to learning new tools, and adaptability in your approach.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in software development on fullstack projects in a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, Node.js or C#,
• Demonstrable experience building cloud-native architectures in one of the major hyperscalers (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS).
• Demonstrated ability to modernize legacy systems, including application migrations to the cloud platforms like Azure
• Excellent communication skills to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, create documentation, and drive technical discussions.
Bonus Skills:
• Expertise in application migrations to the cloud
• Advanced certifications in cloud platforms, or enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF).
