Build the Future With Us - Seize the chance to elevate your career by joining our dynamic Buildings - Workplace Solutions team as an Intermediate Project Manager. Since 2019, this team has grown from 2 to 12 people, expanding across 5 services and shaping workplace environments across Canada. You'll contribute to projects that enhance workplaces, improve employee experience, and support operational continuity coast to coast.
Your Impact
- Independently manage medium-to-high complexity projects, ensuring seamless transitions from construction to operations, including decommissions, activations, and temporary closures.
- Proactively anticipate and identify needs of customers and vendors, integrating them into project plans for exceptional delivery.
- Navigate sensitive customer/vendor interactions and material handling with professionalism and care.
- Lead end-to-end project administration: setup, billing, invoicing, documentation, and closeout.
- Act as the primary project contact for end users, guiding them through each phase.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, using escalation pathways appropriately.
- Host and participate in project meetings, providing updates and following up on action items.
- Execute on-site and off-site responsibilities in alignment with program standards.
- Intake and coordinate ticketed service requests (furniture repairs, ergonomic deployments, desk tech needs, etc.).
- Oversee vendors, including scheduling, coordination, and quality control.
- Travel across Canada to support a diverse range of workplace projects.
- College diploma or university degree paired with 5+ years of project coordination or project management experience.
- Background in Facilities Management, Office Management, or Administrative Operations.
- A genuine enthusiasm for client and vendor-facing interactions.
- PMP certification is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational instincts and comfort navigating multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Confidence coordinating site activities and liaising with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

MB & ON: $81,900 - $112,800
NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $77,400 - $102,500
