Job Description

An Online chat support representative is needed to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and company policies.
Assist customers with account-related questions and basic troubleshooting.
Identify customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues.
Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful tone in all customer interactions.
Document customer conversations, requests, complaints, and resolutions accurately.
Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure their concerns have been addressed.
Escalate technical, billing, or sensitive issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain confidentiality when handling customer and company information.
Meet established response-time, quality, and customer-service standards.
Keep customer records and support information updated.
Work collaboratively with other team members to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

Excellent written communication and typing skills.
Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations when required.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Ability to learn new software and customer-support platforms.
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated.
Previous customer service or chat support experience is an asset.
