Job Description

We are looking for an organized and dependable Office Clerk to support daily office operations. In this role, you will assist with customer service tasks and provide general administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.

Key Duties:

Greet customers and respond to phone and email inquiries
Provide basic customer service and answer general questions
File, scan, and organize documents and records
Enter and update information in company databases
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Prepare simple reports, forms, or correspondence
Assist team members with daily administrative tasks
Maintain office supplies and help keep the office organized
Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills (email, word processing, spreadsheets)
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Friendly attitude and willingness to help customers and staff
