Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Order Processing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, entering and updating information in company systems, and ensuring all records are maintained in an organized and timely manner.
Key responsibilities include reviewing incoming orders for accuracy, verifying customer and product information, coordinating with internal teams to support order fulfillment, and responding to basic order-related inquiries when necessary. You will also assist with general administrative and data entry tasks to support daily operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Strong attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and good communication skills are essential. Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, customer service, or order processing is an asset but not required, as training will be provided.
