As part of the Ontario & Atlantic Marketing team, the Marketing Specialist, Industries plays a key role in supporting industry-focused marketing initiatives that drive brand relevance, client engagement, and business growth. This role provides hands-on experience across integrated marketing campaigns, account-based marketing, content and communications, digital channels, and events, working closely with industry leaders, Partners, account teams, and cross-functional marketing colleagues. While execution-focused, the role offers meaningful exposure to industry priorities, partner objectives, and enterprise-wide initiatives. What you will do
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Industries, and working closely with the Ontario & Atlantic marketing team and business stakeholders, you will:

The expected base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $82,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. What you will do
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Industries, and working closely with the Ontario & Atlantic marketing team and business stakeholders, you will:
Industry & Campaign Marketing
- Support the execution of Ontario & Atlantic industry marketing plans aligned to regional and national priorities
- Help deliver integrated marketing campaigns that maintain a leading point of view and strengthen KPMG's presence in the marketplace
- Partner with industry leaders and account teams to support fiscal-year business priorities
- Develop, write, and coordinate internal and external communications supporting campaigns, events, and industry initiatives
- Assist with the production of marketing assets including email campaigns, web content, social media, presentations, and event materials
- Support digital and email campaigns, including list management, coordination through CRM and marketing platforms, and post-campaign reporting
- Support virtual and in-person industry events, including critical path development, invitations, registration management, logistics, and follow-up reporting
- Help manage relationships with external industry and community associations relevant to priority industries
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using insights to inform future activities
- Participate in initiatives that enhance collaboration, share best practices, and improve marketing efficiency across industries and regions
- 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within a national or global organization
- Diploma or undergraduate degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and events
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., list management, campaign coordination, reporting)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working independently while contributing actively as part of a team
- Confident interacting with senior stakeholders and providing informed recommendations
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to continuously learn and improve
