The Delivery Services Team is seeking a Delivery Lead to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful design, build, testing, and production implementation of solutions that align with the client's target operating model and strategic direction.

What you will do
  • Own the project delivery to a successful completion by meeting the client expectations.
  • Ensure on-time delivery and maintain high quality standards for all deliverables from workstream leads.
  • Partner with client counterparts to develop and execute integrated plans through close coordination and collaboration.
  • Manage stakeholders across the full scope of the project to ensure alignment and engagement.
  • Collaborate with solution leads to ensure solutions are delivered in alignment with business transformation goals and the new operating model.
  • Lead KPMG teams responsible for solution design, business intelligence/integration, data migration, configuration, build, and testing of all components.
  • Plan and organize workstreams to ensure activities are on track and milestones are met as scheduled.
  • Identify, highlight, and log cross-workstream dependencies using the dependency tracker.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project and technical risks and issues, escalating them through project governance when appropriate.
What you bring to the role
  • Bachelor's degree is an asset, preferably in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, with at least 5-10 years of experience in project delivery.
  • Proven track record in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery of complex initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in risk management, identifying and mitigating project and operational risks, supported by relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring financial objectives are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills, with experience building and maintaining productive relationships with diverse groups.
