What will your typical day look like?

The Manager, People Analytics, Human Insights transforms employee data into actionable insights that drive productivity, performance, and wellbeing. This role leads key analytics programs, including our employee listening program and performance scorecards, and serves as the product manager for Viva Glint. As a strategic advisor to Talent Advisory and Centers of Excellence (COEs), you'll deliver clear, data-driven recommendations that inform talent decisions and organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, execution, governance, and evolution of the employee listening program, ensuring data is translated into actionable insights for leaders at all levels.
  • Serve as the product manager for Viva Glint, overseeing the platform's strategy, enhancements, and stakeholder engagement to ensure it meets organizational needs and delivers high-impact insights.
  • Drive the creation and maintenance of the CPO people scorecards, performance analyses, and dashboards that provide strategic visibility into productivity, engagement, and wellbeing.
  • Act as a key advisor to Talent Advisory and COEs, providing deep analysis, storytelling, and recommendations that influence talent and business decisions.
  • Synthesize complex data into compelling narratives and presentations (especially via PowerPoint) that drive clarity and inspire action.
  • Manage ambiguity and complexity, proactively identifying opportunities to connect disparate data sources and generate holistic insights.
  • Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented team environment, mentoring colleagues and championing the value of people analytics across the organization.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve analytics programs, staying attuned to emerging trends and best practices in people analytics and organizational development.

About the team

The People Analytics team sits within the People Transformation group in our Culture and People Office, forming a core part of our Strategic Functions group. Our purpose is to empower business leaders to make smarter, data-informed decisions-augmenting intuition with actionable insights.

In today's fast-changing environment, we partner closely with business and Talent Advisory teams, making insights accessible and practical. We drive this impact by embracing new technologies, streamlining analytics, and focusing on high-value projects-continually investing in tools, analysis, and collaboration to unlock the full potential of our people data.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in people analytics, HR data analysis, or a related area.
  • Experience managing or administering employee listening platforms, preferably Viva Glint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience creating executive-level PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative mindset and experience advising leaders at all levels.
  • Embraces new ways of working with experience in incorporating GenAI on projects to increase speed to value
  • Proficiency with data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and HR information systems an asset

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
