Overview
At KPMG in Canada, our people bring their unique perspectives to Canada's most important challenges. Here, you can build momentum that reaches beyond our business, develop skills for the future, and take ownership of your career with support at every stage. Join a firm where your career can make a difference.

KPMG Canada's Digital Workplace team helps our people make the most of technology, knowledge and AI to improve how they collaborate, share information and get work done. The team supports the responsible adoption of AI across the firm, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot agents, while delivering collaboration, productivity, knowledge management and change enablement solutions.

We are looking for a Manager, Digital Workplace Solutions & Enablement, to join our team in Toronto. This role offers an opportunity to help shape how KPMG professionals use Microsoft 365 and AI capabilities to improve productivity and create measurable business value.

What you will do
Working as part of the Digital Workplace team, you will lead and support a portfolio of initiatives spanning Microsoft 365 business solutions, AI consulting and enablement, change and adoption, training, pilots and operational support.
  • Lead Microsoft 365 business solutions: Work with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into secure, scalable solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies such as Teams, SharePoint Online, Lists, Planner, Forms and, where relevant, Power Platform.
  • Drive AI consulting and adoption: Advise Partners, engagement teams and business groups on how Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot agents and other firm-approved AI tools can support their work. Lead discovery conversations, evaluate use cases and recommend fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Build AI capability: Design and deliver practical Copilot and AI training, build prompting skills and role-based learning pathways, develop adoption resources and help grow KPMG's AI champions community.
  • Lead Supercharge sessions: Design and facilitate productivity and journey-design sessions that help business teams rethink how they work and identify opportunities to use Microsoft 365 and AI more effectively.
  • Evaluate and pilot emerging use cases: Identify and evaluate AI use cases, guide opportunities through the appropriate AI intake process, lead pilots and experimentation, test new Microsoft 365 and Copilot capabilities, and provide appropriate guidance and recommendations.
  • Lead change and enablement: Develop adoption objectives, learning plans, communications, champion activities and performance measures, using adoption insights to continuously refine change strategies.
  • Collaborate across the firm: Work closely with KPMG Partners and business leaders, ITS, Risk, Security and Global Digital Workplace teams to deliver solutions and support responsible AI adoption.
  • Provide operational and team support: Support Level 2 escalations across Digital Workplace technologies when needed, coordinate with Global IT and vendors on more complex issues, and provide functional leadership through coaching, knowledge sharing and work review.
What you bring to the role
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience leading business and technology change through to measurable outcomes, including hands-on Microsoft 365 Copilot or AI enablement experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot agents, Copilot Studio, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Planner, Lists, Forms and Loop.
  • Advanced working knowledge of SharePoint Online site design and configuration, along with familiarity with Power Platform.
  • Experience consulting with senior business stakeholders on AI opportunities, business needs and adoption strategies.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and designing and configuring Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience developing change strategies, roadmaps, governance, release and adoption plans, success measures and benefits.
  • Proven experience designing and delivering training to large audiences of 100+ participants, as well as senior audiences including Partners and executives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to navigate competing priorities, provide evidence-based recommendations and gain sponsorship for change.
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary contributors and complex cross-functional initiatives through planning, implementation and benefit realization.
  • A university or college education or equivalent training appropriate to the role.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals), AI-900 (Azure AI Fundamentals), or Copilot-related credentials are considered an asset.
