This role also includes an extended mandate to support and operationalize the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), ensuring reliable service, controlled growth, and alignment with enterprise standards.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, cloud-first environment and enjoys solving complex operational problems at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 Operational Support
  • Perform Tier-3 operational support for core M365 workloads (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
  • Support configuration changes, incident troubleshooting, service restorations, and environment maintenance.
  • Execute routine and emergency operational tasks including tenant configuration updates, change activities, policy adjustments, and integration support.
  • Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, lifecycle processes, and approvals in alignment with enterprise practices.
  • Provide intake support for new service requests, validate requirements, and ensure compliance with operational policies.

Power Platform Support & Operations
  • Support Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse environments at an operational level, including incident resolution, environment maintenance, connector governance, and monitoring.

  • Partner with engineering teams to operationalize new Power Platform features and ensure safe and scalable adoption across the enterprise.

Platform Reliability, Monitoring & Compliance
  • Monitor platform health, service reports, and operational dashboards; investigate anomalies and proactively address issues.
  • Support compliance, audit readiness, and operational governance activities (e.g., DR process updates, role reviews, environment certifications).
  • Ensure operational processes adhere to change management, access control, and M365 configuration standards.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, business lines, and governance teams to maintain a stable and compliant M365 and Power Platform environment.
  • Contribute feedback toward improving SOPs, automation opportunities, monitoring capabilities, and operational tooling.
  • Support readiness for emerging M365 or Power Platform features based on operational impacts and stakeholder requirements.

Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 operations or cloud application support.
  • Strong familiarity with M365 services (SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive) including troubleshooting and administration.
  • Working experience supporting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, including environment access, connectors, and DLP boundaries.
  • Understanding of identity concepts (Entra ID), security groups, conditional access, and cloud security principles.
  • Experience following operational change management, incident management, and documented SOP processes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise Power Platform environments (Dataverse, solutioning, environment strategies).
  • Exposure to M365 monitoring tools, auditing, or enterprise-level compliance.
  • Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell, Graph API) for operational tasks.
  • Microsoft certifications in M365 or Power Platform.
