The Opportunity
Shape the future of mining projects with a role that truly matters. As part of our Project Management team, you'll collaborate with experts across disciplines-from wildlife specialists to hydrogeologists and geotechnical engineers-on projects that make a real impact. You'll lead initiatives across all stages of the project life cycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure, ensuring delivery that meets both budget and schedule expectations.
Preferred Location: Toronto (Mississauga Office)
Your Impact
- Manage consulting projects for mining operations, including engineering design, environmental permitting, feasibility studies, and field investigations.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, and scopes while ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
- Apply project management best practices to deliver outcomes that align with stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and technical leads to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Champion ethical, transparent communication in all client interactions.
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science, Environmental, Business, or related field (Mining-related engineering preferred).
- 10+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in consulting; mining industry experience is an asset.
- Proven ability to manage project financials, risk registers, and change management processes.
- Expertise in planning and analysis tools (MS Excel required; MS Project or Primavera P6 an asset).
- PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Skilled at leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing subcontractor relationships.
- Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure with a focus on delivering results.

MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400
Atlantic Provinces & QC: $111,000 - $147,400
