Key Objectives- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy healthcare technology solutions.
- Analyze clinical workflows and identify opportunities for technology integration.
- Support healthcare professionals by providing expert guidance on product usage and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Engage with healthcare providers to understand their challenges and translate these into technical requirements.
- Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of healthcare technology products.
- Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
- Monitor product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare trends, regulations, and technologies.
- Collaborate with regulatory and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Health Informatics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare technology, clinical support, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and regulatory environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in healthcare software and technology platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in a technology-driven healthcare environment.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and interoperability standards.
