Key Objectives

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards.
Responsibilities
  • Engage with healthcare providers to understand their challenges and translate these into technical requirements.
  • Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of healthcare technology products.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare technology, clinical support, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in healthcare software and technology platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
