ECM / CCM Migration Lead

    • Contract duration: 1 year renewable
    • Rate: $80 - $88 in pocket depend on experience.
    • Must have strong Hands-on expertise in OpenText Exstream and Quadient Inspire platforms.
    • End client - TD Bank
    • Work Location: Mississauga and for now, its 2 days in-person, but can change to more days in-person anytime in future

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Team Lead - ECM / CCM Migration with 7+ years of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) / Customer Communication Management (CCM) experience, including strong hands-on expertise in OpenText Exstream and Quadient Inspire platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical depth and leadership capability, having led ECM/CCM implementations or migration programs in regulated environments such as banking and financial services. This role requires end-to-end ownership-from solution design and architecture to delivery oversight and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
    • Lead ECM/CCM migration and modernization initiatives across distributed teams.
    • Analyze complex business requirements and convert them into technical specifications for Exstream and Quadient implementations.
    • Architect and design templates and customer communications using OpenText Exstream and Quadient Inspire.
    • Establish template development standards, governance practices, and reusable components.
    • Provide accurate effort estimation, dependency analysis, and roadmap planning.
    • Review code changes and provide technical leadership to Exstream and Quadient developers.
    • Perform and guide unit testing; support integration testing and QA validation.
    • Debug print, email, dynamic content, and responsive document integration challenges using Debug and Trace tools.
    • Ensure accessibility compliance, including PDF User Accessibility as per Canadian Standards (AODA).
    • Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer initiatives.
    • Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams on deployment, performance tuning, and automation.
    • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, architects, and program leadership.
Must Have Skills & Experience
    7+ years of overall ECM/CCM experience
    5+ years of hands-on experience developing, configuring, and architecting customer communications using:
      OpenText Exstream (Designer v16 or higher)
      Quadient Inspire (v11 or higher)

    • Expertise in:
      • Inspire Automation / Inspire Scaler workflow setup
      • Inspire Interactive
      • Architecting PUB files
      • Advanced Exstream Designer template development

    • Strong proficiency in:
      • Mapping data and building components, tables, flow pages, and templates
      • Handling data formats (XML, CSV, fixed-length record, delimited files)
      • Understanding output formats (PDF, AFP, print file formats, output queues)
      • Sorting & bundling, dynamic data import, and aggregation

    • Knowledge of banking document development lifecycle:
      • Data processing
      • Pre- and post-composition workflows

    • Experience with PDF accessibility compliance (AODA / Canadian standards)
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
    • Experience in Banking / Financial domain (Statements, Canadian Taxes, Cheque Processing, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills
    • Experience in Financial Services enterprise environments
    • Familiarity with:
      • Exstream Admin functions
      • Command Center / Communication Builder / Workshop
      • Quadient Cloud

    • Experience in application deployment, performance tuning, and automation scripting
    • Exposure to additional document composition platforms
Leadership Expectations
    • Experience leading onshore/offshore delivery teams.
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
    • Ability to drive architecture decisions and influence delivery direction.
    • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
