WSP is seeking a Documentation / Graphics Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work alongside Project Managers and subject matter experts to ensure that all documentation is highly graphical and the text is concise and appropriate for the intended audience.

The Documentation Specialist will play a vital role in our organization, working closely with various project managers to manage documents throughout each project lifecycle and to ensure AODA compliance for posting online.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced organization. They should also have experience with document management systems, development of info graphics, and be comfortable using technology and various software to streamline documentation.
