In digital marketing at PwC Global, you will focus on leveraging digital platforms and strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation for clients. Your work will involve managing social media campaigns, optimizing website performance, and implementing data-driven marketing strategies.

Meaningful work you'll be part of
As a Digital Product Web Platforms Senior Manager GMO, Global, y ou'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Leading implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud tools to deliver personalized, scalable, data-driven experiences
• Championing product governance frameworks, including decision-making structures, content ownership models, and development standards
• Planning and delivering multi-country website builds with localization, multi-language content, and regional regulatory compliance
• Translating business and user needs into functional and technical requirements that drive scalable, responsive, accessible solutions
• Partnering with IT and development teams to manage integrations, performance optimization, APIs, and ongoing platform maintenance
• Configuring and setting up CMS architectures to support organizational goals, user roles, workflows, and scalability
• Integrating the CMS with CRM, MAP, DAM, analytics, and other business-critical systems to enable a unified content ecosystem
• Designing and operationalizing global content publishing workflows with embedded governance for cross-market efficiency
• Developing and enforcing content governance practices that enable seamless creation, management, and global scaling across teams and regions
• Directing migration strategies to move content from legacy platforms into new CMS environments while safeguarding SEO, accessibility, and accuracy
• Coordinating migration teams and vendors to execute content moves with minimal disruption to operations
• Implementing web analytics frameworks using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and visualizing KPI performance through dashboards

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve
• Extensive hands-on experience in digital product management, web platform ownership, or enterprise digital transformation roles
• Deep experience leading large-scale, multi-country website builds with Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM, Analytics, Target, etc.)
• Converting analytics data into insights and prioritized actions that optimize performance, UX, and conversion paths
• Leading strategy and execution of technical and on-page SEO, including metadata hygiene, structured content, and performance improvements
• Defining and evolving taxonomy, metadata, tagging, and classification systems to enhance discoverability and user experience
• Developing and validating user personas, customer journeys, and wireframes in partnership with UX, research, and creative teams
• Ensuring a consistent, intuitive, and branded user experience across pages, templates, and end-to-end journeys
• Overseeing the project lifecycle using agile and hybrid methodologies from scoping through launch and iterative enhancement
• Managing cross-functional resources and aligning technology decisions and resourcing with timelines and quality standards
• Establishing and maintaining communication and escalation plans that promote transparency with stakeholders at all levels
• Collaborating with IT and web developers to implement technical enhancements and resolve platform issues
• Aligning with marketing, CRM, and go-to-market teams to connect website experiences to campaigns and lead generation objectives
