Job Description

Our Company is looking for an organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our customers and distributors. This role focuses on simple, day-to-day customer support tasks to ensure smooth order processing and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer customer emails and phone calls in a professional and timely manner

  • Process orders and provide order updates

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time shipments

  • Maintain accurate customer records in the system

  • Assist distributors with product information and basic documentation

  • Support general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, spreadsheets)

  • Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to work in a team environment
