WSP is currently seeking a Civil Engineering Graduate to join our Land Development and Municipal Engineering Team, located at our Kingston office. Reporting to a Senior Technical Engineer, this position will be responsible for the execution of a variety of storm, water, and wastewater design tasks, such as site servicing and feasibility studies, stormwater management and grading design, technical design production, reporting, and project management for municipal engineering and land development projects. The opportunity will have a focus on local projects within Kingston and surrounding areas.

- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver municipal and land development projects.
- Prepare detailed design reports, review drawings, and create technical specifications.
- Support project managers with scope review, budget projections, and schedule conformance.
- Participate in field inspections to ensure design intent is met.
- Contribute to a team that values innovation, sustainability, and professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in land development and municipal engineering.
- General design knowledge of roads, highways, site servicing, grading, and stormwater management.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D and ability to interpret construction drawings.
- Valid Ontario driver's license.
