This role requires a balance of campaign operations, technical configuration, stakeholder collaboration, and analytics-with a strong focus on improving how we capture, route, and activate leads.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution
  • Translate business objectives into actionable campaign briefs and execution plans aligned with marketing strategy and compliance requirements.
  • Lead delivery of outbound programs targeting retail banking products (e.g., mortgages, credit cards, loans) through various platforms.
  • Coordinate campaign setup, QA, approvals, deployment, and monitoring with internal partners.

Analytics & Campaign Optimization
  • Build dashboards and conduct performance analyses on lead funnel progression, campaign response, and ROI.
  • Use insights to refine targeting, lead scoring, and timing strategies to maximize conversion and engagement.
  • Work closely with analytics and reporting teams to provide campaign insights to senior stakeholders.

Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure full adherence to internal controls, regulatory guidelines (e.g., CASL, GDPR), and audit requirements in campaign delivery.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, segmentation logic, approvals, and data handling procedures.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
  • Partner closely with business units, sales, product, analytics, and compliance teams to align campaign execution with business needs.
  • Support and mentor junior team members in campaign development and best practices.
  • Contribute to special initiatives and technology projects related to data acquisition, channel enhancement, or process improvement.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • 5+ years in campaign delivery, marketing operations, or CRM campaign management-ideally in a retail banking or financial services environment.
    • Experience with configuring and managing LME or similar lead distribution engines.
    • Familiarity with Unica Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent tools.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced knowledge of SQL and SAS for data extraction and campaign logic.
    • Proficiency with campaign testing, QA, and workflow documentation.
    • Strong command of data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Other Skills:
    • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Strong project management and communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, timelines, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Experience
  • Background in financial marketing, including knowledge of banking products and customer lifecycles.
  • Experience with AI-driven lead scoring, customer journey mapping, and omnichannel orchestration.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., OSFI, FINTRAC, CASL) related to marketing activities.
  • Prior involvement in agile marketing, automation scaling, or Martech enhancements.

What You'll Gain
  • A central role in shaping the future of customer outreach in retail banking.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise lead management systems and data-rich campaign orchestration.
