We focus on building technology enabled and agile operating models, planning their new enterprise architecture into a differentiating capability system that helps them win in the market, leveraging digital analytics to enhance the customer experience and optimising business operations, and using modern management techniques such as robotic process automation and next generation sourcing strategies to help our clients get fit for growth.

Meaningful work you'll be part of

As an AWS Data and AI Practice Director, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead our clients to envision and drive data driven transformations in their business. Engaging with executives and developing strategies as they look to harness complex data sets and identify new applications of generative AI to drive value across their organization.
• Maintain knowledge of various data and AI related compliance and industry regulations to ensur e consistent compliance with policies, standards and tools are consistently enforced with clients .
• Engaging deeply with C-level executives to define and execute enterprise-wide data and AI strategy programs and become a trusted advisor.

• Maintains an in-depth knowledge of AWS cloud data and AI related technologies and can articulate best practice approaches and practices.
• Providing leadership on engagements, including the ability to balance team and individual responsibilities; building teams and consensus; getting things done through others not directly under his or her supervision; and working ethically and with integrity .
• Maintain relationships with AWS alliance engineering and product teams to gain access to and provide early feedback on releases, test and document, and demonstrate new features .
• Ability to articulate value propositions, business and technology justifications, and architectural decisions at an executive level.
• Take an "always learning" and "coaching" approach to your leadership role.

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve

• P rogressive working experience in Data Engineering and Data Science roles .
• K nowledge in Advanced analytics, Data Management, and Predictive Analytics.
• E xperience with AWS Cloud based data Services (Amazon Athena, Amazon Redshift, AWS Glue, AWS CleanRooms, AWS LakeFormation, Amazon SageMaker, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.).
• Experience with Machine Learning fields (natural language processing, computer vision, statistical modelling) leveraging advanced data services to drive tangible results.
• An interest to continuous upskilling for a digital first world and embrace technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work .
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operational Research, Statistics)
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences .
• A demonstrate d commitment to valuing differences and working alongside and/or coaching diverse people and perspectives
