The Opportunity:

You'll join our Mining Industrial Hygiene team in Sudbury, where you'll play a key role in supporting Industrial Hygiene (IH) and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) projects for clients across Northern Ontario and beyond. What can you expect to do here:

Lead and participate in industrial hygiene field assignments: IH monitoring, noise assessments, hazardous materials surveys, indoor air quality assessments, chemical inventory, ergonomics, and job hazard assessments.
Assist senior staff with EHS audits and program development.
Collect, document, and analyze field data using the latest tools and technology.
Prepare clear, concise technical reports and visualizations for clients and project teams.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions.
Travel to client sites (up to 50% of your time), with trips ranging from 1 to 10 days.

What you'll bring to WSP:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, Safety Engineering, or a related discipline.
1-3 years of experience in industrial hygiene or a related field.
Proficiency with IH sampling techniques and equipment.
Working knowledge of Canadian and provincial occupational health and safety laws and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing schedules and environments.
Willingness and ability to travel and work at industrial and mine sites, including rough terrain and facilities with limited accessibility.
Valid driver's license and ability to drive to sites year-round.
Motivation to learn, grow, and make a difference in workplace health and safety.
