Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable working from home You will support management and team members with basic administrative tasks and communication

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, schedule appointments, and book virtual meetings

  • Prepare simple reports, documents, and presentations

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner

  • Make basic travel arrangements when required

  • Maintain organized digital files and records

  • Provide helpful support to team members as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong computer and typing skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
