Job Description

We have multiple openings in several of our analytics teams looking for summer co-ops and interns to commence September 7, 2021. Participating job functions include but are not limited to:
  • Wealth
  • Canadian Personal Banking
  • Internal Corporate Functions

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Market research and the delivery / interpretation of industry analysis
  • Communicate with multiple stakeholders concerning requirements, project status, and issues to align business strategies with technology solutions
  • Solves technical issues / processes and understands complex details and supports one or more business processes
  • Bringing a high level of verbal and interpersonal communication skills to relate to other business and technology partners
  • Sourcing innovative solutions for intricate and difficult situations through strong resource and problem solving abilities
  • Establish and maintain standards for consistent dashboard and reporting formats
  • Demonstrate strong initiative, and use strong communication, analytical and problem solving skills to add value to each initiative, project, or team you are assigned to.
  • Participate as part of a team with targeted deliverables, working on initiatives designed to improve decisions, processes, systems, and applications which support our key businesses.

Assigned Line of Business Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate technology-related degree, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Business Technology Management, Information Technology Management, Financial Analysis and Risk Management, or Technology Sciences
  • A curiosity and passion in technology
  • Creative market research and analysis abilities in order to stay current with trends relating to FinTechs and new technologies
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Experience presenting data / information to tell a story both visually and creatively
  • Exceptional Excel / data management skills
  • Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to develop good business relationships with business partners and stakeholders
  • General technical understanding Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and working experience with SharePoint
  • Ability to self-serve, investigate and get the data we require will make you much more effective in this role
