Warehouse Associate: Replenisher (PT - Sun 9AM start, Mon-Thurs 3PM start)

Purpose of Job

Replenish prime pick locations, in your assigned area, from overstock storage. Part of the daily job function requires the use of a basic inventory computer system along with the safe operation of various machinery. Work in a team relationship to assist fellow co-workers in the carrying out of regular duties including nightly building cleanup.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

•Maintain a high level of personal standards and conduct.
•Comply with company policies and procedures.
•Work in a team centered environment.
•Capable of working with little or no supervision for periods of time.
•Demonstrate professional responsibility, on a consistent basis, through the meeting of proper attendance standards.
•Play a role in the security of company assets.
•Safe use of replenishment equipment such as two wheel hand cart, manual pallet truck, and electric pallet trucks.
•Be diligent in the accurate and proper use of the inventory computer system including scanners.
•Keep certain basic records and to fill out daily reports in a timely manner.
•Other duties as assigned.
•Responsible for assisting in the training and cross-training of all Associates in all areas of Replenishment
•Responsible for RF scanning and terminal use
•Use the daily replenishment letdown report as a tool in the replenishment process
•Responsible for the safe use of all material handling equipment.

Knowledge/Skill Requirements

•Required to communicate with Outbound and Inbound Associates and members of the front office team. Communication requires a normal level of courtesy
•Previous material handling equipment experience would be an asset.
•Required to have a good command of the English language and basic reading and arithmetic skills so as to perform the details of the position effectively.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions

•Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs. without difficulty is needed.

Recommended Qualifications
Experience:

•A preference of one to two years of previous experience in a warehouse environment
•Must have previous machine driving experience

Education:

•Required to have successfully completed a high school diploma or equivalent.
