As a Sales Associate, you'll ensure all visual elements in our stores are displayed with current merchandise and reflect market trends.   Responsibilities:  
  • Ensure all visual merchandising standards and directions are maintained
  • Execute on promotional set up and seasonal change-overs, vendor initiatives, and maintain store fixtures and signage
  • Work in conjunction with the management team to plan and execute departmental standards and initiatives
  • Participate in general store upkeep including restocking, seasonal change-overs, inventory, pricing, and signage
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  Qualifications:  
  • A passion for working as a visual merchandiser
  • The ability to read and understand a planogram, floor set, or visual guide
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to lift at least 25lbs and be comfortable bending, lifting, kneeling, and using ladders
  • High school education or current enrollment in high school
  • A passion for the community in which you live, and/or experience volunteering would be an asset
