In this role, you will be a key member of the NACB Technology Business Enablement Team. Primary areas of focus will be Global Resourcing, local staff capacity services & reporting for the NACB division.
  • Subject matter expert for Global Resourcing and Professional Services vendor arrangements
  • Ensures compliance with policy and procedures
  • Supports management and implementation of documentation / process controls / knowledge assets required for the program operations.
  • Coordinates financials and ensures forecasts are in place and projects are within their approved budget.
  • Supports the technology vendor management program strategies.
  • Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the stakeholder needs.
  • Participates in the relationship management between BMO internal business/group partners and suppliers/service providers.
  • Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensures alignment between stakeholders.
  • Provides analyses and information to provide program insights and recommendations.
  • Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
  • Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.
  • Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Technical project proficiency gained through education and/or experience .
  • Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth.
  • Collaboration & team skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
