Here's the impact you'll make and what we'll accomplish together

As the Technology Consultant, you will lead the video collaboration road map & strategy development. Collaborating closely with diverse teams including real estate, internal network and multiple business units, you will foster exceptional team members' collaboration experiences and deliver optimal business outcomes. Not only will you leverage your expertise and thought leadership but also expand your scope as you take on challenging initiatives, including playing a critical role in driving adoption of cloud productivity tools such as Google G Suite.

Here's how
    •Creating a video collaboration strategy including defining users' needs and technology solutions •Defining a front door process (new service requests) and establishing a process with Real Estate and internal network teams to review new requests and in flight request status •Developing operational metrics to monitor video collaboration usage •Developing a strategy to decommission legacy video conferencing •Championing cloud productivity tool adoption by providing thought leadership, evaluating and supporting the implementation of cloud collaboration technologies •Driving continuous improvement by collaborating with business primes to improve adoption of tools, including organizing webinars, Q&A, lunch and learn sessions •Creating, monitoring and reporting metrics on tool adoption rates •Researching and applying collaboration technology and process best practices and creating new best practices


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Skilled with 5 or more years of experience in a similar capacity •Experience with Cisco Telepresence and unified communication solutions •Passionate about technology, continuous learning and driving change to deliver customer service excellence •Experience with implementing Google G Suite or other similar cloud productivity tools •Sought out for your strong understanding of human change management concepts and industry standards (e.g. Kotter's 8-Step Change Model) •Respected for your innovative thinking, exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to see both the small details and the bigger picture •Sought out for your track record of managing multiple, concurrent projects and tasks in a fast paced, large, complex environment and achieving results as committed to •Regarded as a strong communicator, influencer and negotiator, able to build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships •Known to proactively identifying issues and opportunities, analyzing facts and data, and developing and implementing solutions to address •Recognized for your ability to seek out, analyze and translate facts, data and intelligence into key insights, concepts, recommendations and solutions •Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
