TELUS Health is looking to fill a position for Team Manager - Technical Customer Service within our Pharmacy Solutions, Customer Experience (CE) Toronto team.

The selected candidate is responsible to coach and lead frontline team members, meet or exceed key performance indicators and identify and implement improvement opportunities.

    •Team Managers are responsible for team growth and management •Provide day-to-day coaching, direction and leadership to frontline team members •Performance management and development •Facilitate team meetings •Identify and communicate potential operational improvements to the Operations Support Manager to enhance customer experience •Implement and track appropriate performance objectives and measures to support team members and customer satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence and cost effectiveness


Qualifications:

    •Ability to lead, coach an motivate a team to effectively increase performance results and achieve desired results •Ability to plan, organize and prioritize own time while accomplishing tasks in a cost-effective manner •Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a strong command of the English language •Punctual and reliable •Excellent organizational and time-management skills •Strong coaching ability and conveys patience •Exhibits strong coaching abilities and focuses on the best interest of the team •Flexible to change and resilient to stressful situations •Ability to adapt quickly to change •Approachable with strong leadership skills

Great-to-haves
    •Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience is an asset •Successful experience in leading teams •Expertise using the Kroll application is an asset •Pharmacy knowledge is an asset
