This position is responsible for the successful management of a team ofNew Home Construction Specialists, with a primary focus on selling Rogers' products and services to residential customers. The New Home Construction Team Manager plays a critical role in developing sales strategies and driving results through multiple sales channels. This position reports to the Senior Manager, MDU and NHC Sales.

In certain provinces (e.g. British Columbia) you are required to obtain and maintain a valid security worker licence to perform your position's duties. If applicable, you must obtain the required license and provide proof of satisfactory to the Company that you have obtained it on or before your start date.

This position is responsible for the successful management of a team ofNew Home Construction Specialists, with a primary focus on selling Rogers' products and services to residential customers. The New Home Construction Team Manager plays a critical role in developing sales strategies and driving results through multiple sales channels. This position reports to the Senior Manager, MDU and NHC Sales.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage and develop sales staff to ensure all budget targets are met for Broadband, TVE, Revenue, and Wireless
- Contribute to the establishment and ongoing development of a high-performing New Home Construction Sales team culture, managing multiple streams of work while fostering strong team engagement
- Act as an innovator and collaborator to drive expected sales results
- Motivate and provide strong leadership through performance management practices, including quality evaluations, individual sales plans, and ongoing coaching
- Provide guidance and monitoring of New Home Construction Specialists' productivity
- Ensure multiple selling avenues are optimized, including outbound calling, face-to-face selling, lobby events, and full utilization of all qualified leads
- Demonstrate the ability to accurately forecast lead volume and sales performance
- Lead the hiring, onboarding, and development of New Home Construction Specialists
- Drive continuous improvement in programs, processes, and procedures for all representatives
- Role-model best-in-class sales behaviors at all times
- Ensure strict adherence to Salesforce usage, including 100% lead disposition compliance
- Ensure all team members complete required sales training and certification programs
- Execute sales plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Collaborate with the CMA group to maximize sales opportunities and improve lead accuracy
- Partner with the Senior Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies
- Proactively identify and recommend program, process, and training enhancements to support increased sales and multi-product selling
- Engage key stakeholders and functional partners to ensure successful execution of initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the Senior Sales Manager to close process gaps and remove barriers to sales performance
- Identify and highlight cross-channel synergies for implementation within the New Home Construction Sales team
- Promote and represent Rogers' products and brand in a positive, professional manner while contributing to a collaborative team environment
What you'll bring:

- 3-5 years of telecom industry or sales management experience (asset)

- Proven leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities
- Track record of motivating and developing high-performing sales teams
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities (asset)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and handheld devices
