We are looking for a talented Talent Attraction Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for participating in full-cycle recruitment for Tax, Audit, Advisory and Business Enablement services practices. By leveraging your network, developing knowledge of the industry and our clients' hiring needs, you are someone who will effectively match candidates with opportunities to enhance their professional and personal success.

What you will do

  • Participate in full-cycle recruitment and selection of suitable candidates
  • Develop prospects into candidates, engaging them and performing assessment / screening
  • Conduct interviews, participating in debriefs and presenting / negotiating employment offers
  • Support the Talent Attraction team through the end to end recruitment process
  • Ensure an efficient and effective hiring process is being followed
  • Build out talent maps and help develop an on-going pool of candidates
  • Provide guidance to Hiring Managers in completing the recruitment cycle and ensuring proper close-off and coach them to continuously improve their talent acquisition capabilities
  • Submit detailed profile write-ups and recommendations when presenting suitable candidates to aid in selecting appropriate candidates for interviews
  • Act as a brand ambassador for KPMG to ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Utilize LinkedIn - and other social networks - to promote the KPMG brand and attract candidates to KPMG
  • Support with ad-hoc talent attraction project / administrative work

What you bring to the role

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma preferably in a Business discipline
  • 2-4 years of full cycle recruitment experience ideally in a mix of high-volume national organization recruitment environments
  • Recruitment experience in a professional services environment would be considered an asset
  • Strong ability for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to use a variety of recruiting tools, including direct sourcing, e-recruiting and networking
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to work in a changing environment
  • Demonstrated ability of providing an outstanding client service
  • Strong ability and experience in prioritizing work based on requirements of multiple stakeholders
  • Strong analytical ability with a data curious nature and ability to provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
  • Collaboration, communication and listening skills
  • The ability to excel working with a high degree of autonomy
