What you will do
We are looking for a Talent Attraction Coordinator on the Ontario & Atlantic Campus Recruitment team. In this role, you will be supporting the execution of both strategic and program-related activities and day-to-day recruitment activities for the key schools within the Ontario & Atlantic Region. You will be working with the Campus Recruiting Partners, Talent Attraction Managers and Campus School Teams.

What you will do
We are looking for a Talent Attraction Coordinator on the Ontario & Atlantic Campus Recruitment team. In this role, you will be supporting the execution of both strategic and program-related activities and day-to-day recruitment activities for the key schools within the Ontario & Atlantic Region. You will be working with the Campus Recruiting Partners, Talent Attraction Managers and Campus School Teams.
- Support the Ontario & Atlantic Campus Recruiters in managing job requisitions and candidate workflow in our Applicant Tracking System and compiling metric reports (job postings to offer letter generation)
- Liaise and/or assist with on campus career centres and external organizations to communicate KPMG hiring needs and coordinate all relevant logistics for information sessions, recruitment events, interviews and event
- Support with all strategic recruitment initiatives from a research and coordination perspective
- Centrally manage all invoices related to recruitment activities and manage budget
- Coordinate the New Hire process for all incoming CPA Campus hires and facilitate Onboarding for all new CPA Campus hires at the beginning of each work term (3 times per year)
What you bring to the role
- 1-2 years' experience as a coordinator in Human Resources, Marketing or other relevant function
- Post-graduate education in a relevant field: HR, Business, Marketing etc.
- Proven experience coordinating events such as new hire onboarding and activities such as candidate interviews for large numbers
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail demonstrated through previous experience in event planning and/ or multi- stakeholder projects
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint
- Must be willing to attend campus events, engage with students and position KPMG as the employer of choice
