As a member of the ServiceNow Delivery team, the Systems Analyst defines and manages functional requirements, planning, conducts, directs and configures the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. You will also work with internal/external customers at a consulting level as well as other key stakeholders to provide support for customer requests for the ServiceNow delivery team.

Our team works with a variety of stakeholders who have different needs and capabilities, and we adjust and design the solutions to meet their needs. This means that system architecture and the technical roadmaps are designed to balance internal development policies and support with customer requirements of timeliness, accuracy and accessibility. The ServiceNow Delivery team has adopted agile methodology supported by product owners, scrum masters, business analysts and developers.

Here's how
    •Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures which are cost effective and meet user requirements •Documentation of technical and functional requirements •Create application and technical design specifications for development and support work •Organize analysis to provide clearly constructed solutions; preparation of complex program specifications, diagrams and development of coding logic flowcharts •Review detailed design specifications, test plans and user documentation for functional and technical completeness and accuracy •Creates application and technical design specifications for development and support work for more complex larger solutions •Assist with managing of the planning, developing, testing, coordinating, implementation and documenting of computer business applications programs •Respond to and perform impact analysis on incoming service/support requests •Develop specifications and make recommendations for complex solutions: package vs custom, integration, data mapping, user interfaces, reports, system interfaces, batch runs


You're the missing piece of the puzzle
    •Firm Information Technology (IT) background with focus on data mining, report building, database architecture and agile development methodology •Strong business analytical skills •Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification •Solid understanding of ticketing tools like Remedy/Lynx or ServiceNow •Ability to provide professional assessments and recommend solutions; make good decisions based on analysis, experience and judgment •Ability to disseminate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders •Customer focused, sensitive to customer needs, their critical business cycles and schedules •Data mining and data verification abilities with respect to key performance indicators (KPI) reporting; trend, metric, KPI, and root cause analysis experience and skills from a service/customer oriented view •Computer Science degree plus several years related experience •Experience with Agile Development Methodology, data visualization tools, and experience writing Use Cases & User Stories
