The System Support Engineer understands the development team requirement and designing the solution for validating the implemented feature; Design the continuous integration pipeline and continuous deployment or the product.
Key Responsibilities:- Work with product teams to understand the build/test requirements of product line.
- Implement solutions to support continuous integration/continuous deployment of the product.
- Continue to provide feedback to the developers to show quality of the product at earliest stage of product life cycle. Manage Gitlab and Jenkins pipeline.
- Understand Python, Java, C++, GO languages to suggest proper code quality/coverage tools to add to the pipeline.
- Update existing process documentation or create process document.
- Setup servers/system in Datacenter, local labs and cloud environment.
- Available onsite to access security materials used for product signing/manufacturing.
Required Skills and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field of study.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience with builds, tools, development and software lifecycle management process.
- 3+ years of experience in Administration and User Management in Linux and Windows.
- 3+ years of experience in Cloud computing and Virtualization technologies.
- Ability to work in an agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications:- Knowledge on Cryptograpy
- Google Cloud, AWS, MS Azure
- Unix platforms: AIX, Solaris, HPUX
