Askuityis a Toronto-based retail analytics software company operating as an innovative division within The Home Depot (THD).Askuity'smission is to enable suppliers and merchants at The Home Depot to make profitable, data-driven decisions and drive real-time execution.

As a Supplier Success Consultant, you willbe a subject matter expert for an assigneddepartmentof supplierswithin the Supplier Analytics Program.Youare tasked withmanagingonboarding,improvingdata-literacyby using the tools of the program, anddrivingcollaborationbetween THDsuppliers andmerchants.We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of retail analytics and can leverage that knowledge to develop and maintain strongrelationshipswith internal THD teams and external suppliers.If you are a great communicator, passionate about producing top-notch work, providing great end-user experiences, and constantly improving your skills thenwe want to hear from you.

What you willdo
  • Drive user engagement by identifying opportunities to help suppliersgenerate, interpret, and presentanalytical dataandactionable insights
  • Manage the onboarding of new suppliersto the Supplier Analytics Program
  • DemonstratetheSupplier Analytics tools tointernal & externalpartners at all levels
  • Liaise withcross-functional teams(Merchandising,Product, Support) tobuild relationships, troubleshoot andadvocate for suppliers'needs
  • Developscalablelearning modules centered around THD analytics to drivedata literacy and actionable insights
  • Execute projects with merchandising partners to align suppliers with reporting expectationsleading to improved business results
  • Act as the main point of contact for escalations that impact theuser'sexperience
  • Manage & report on KPIs such as usage,satisfaction,and business results atthedepartment level


  • What you should have
  • Corporate retail, merchandising, supply chain, or retail technology customer success experience
  • Vendor managementand/or client engagementexperience
  • Analyst-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel (mandatory) and Salesforce (preferred)
  • Data-driven proven record of identifying actionable insights to drive business impact
  • Excellentwritten & verbalcommunication skills; able to communicate effectively with all levels at anorganization
  • Critical thinking, resourcefulnessandattention to detail
  • Active team player with a desire tocollaborate, problem solve, and strategizeto contribute to the success of the entire team
  • Continuous learningmentality
