Department Overview
Lead the creation of comprehensive end-to-end detailed solutions for projects and platforms with overall accountability for the technical design and delivery of a specific technical solution based on requirements from stakeholders.

Develop and maintain technical solutions, ensuring adherence to engineering and architectural design principles while meeting business requirements. Provide technical expertise with a focus on efficiency, reliability, scalability, and security; includes planning, evaluating, recommending, designing, operationalizing, and supporting solutions in compliance with enterprise and industry standards.
Ultimately, providing expert advice and lead in system / application administration, installation, configuration / provisioning, platform planning and design, integration and release / deployment management.

Job Description

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Process Automation COE, the candidate will contributes to the overall success of the Process Automation COE to lead a technical team to create enterprise assets, define strategies, best practices, form a user community and lead the TD cloud migration journey technically.
What will you do?

•Lead the TD Pega cloud onboarding journey
•Design the enterprise class structure and reusable foundational components.
•Collaborate with partners to identify the business problem and provide the high-quality solution using latest PEGA technologies.
•Integrate the PEGA solution with other enterprise application through service and streaming technology.
•Lead developers to build the application using modern development practice, e.g. code review and DevOps pipeline to accelerate the delivery quality and speed.
•Troubleshoot and resolve the complex problems.
•Establish the low code and citizen development model to accelerate the delivery agility.
•Research the latest PEGA platform capabilities, and emerging BPM technology to ensure our solution is cutting-edge.
•Enforce the consistency of PEGA application design and development practice across multiple greenfield projects.
•Provide on-the-job coaching to the developers.
•Champion the knowledge sharing with the enterprise audiences.

Requirements

Must have

•You must be PEGA Certified LSA or SSA on v8.x

•Hands on experience on Pega v8.x

•Excellent knowledge on Pega strategic frameworks like CS, SD

•Good understanding or Pega LayerCake

•Experience in analyzing pega logs and pega alerts logs with the ability to use PAL, log analyzer, PDC

•Good Knowledge of Pega Cloud

•Good Knowledge of Pega CI/CD

•7 -10 years Pega experience

•Experience with both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies

•3 - 5 years' experience in banking or financial services industry

•Strong business acumen related to medium / high complexity LOB(s)

Nice to have:

•Prior experience with Kofax, Content Management, Records Management, Forms Digitization, RPA

•Preferred one or more relevant application design and development certifications
