As Senior Manager, Corporate Responsibility you will support the implementation of the Rogers Environmental, Social Governance (ESG) strategy and reporting and project manage a wide variety of corporate responsibility programs, working closely with community organizations and Regional Executive Teams. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can help set long-term goals and project plans while also delivering high community impact that advances our corporate reputation today.  
Seeking a candidate that can thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy working environment with the demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Our ideal candidate will bring experience in strategy, effective and creative storytelling, love of data, research and reporting, program delivery, and project and relationship management. This full time-position is temporarily remote and will be reporting to the Director, Corporate Responsibility.
What you will do:
  • Partner with colleagues on the Communications team and across the organization to help deliver the Rogers ESG strategy
  • Use your strategic thinking, project management and relationship management skills to deliver corporate responsibility programs that have high community impact
  • Track and report on program KPIs and budgets as well as historical trends
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, cross-functional colleagues and leadership team to align on shared goals and strategies
  • Help manage key issues to build and protect Rogers' corporate reputation
  • Identify ESG and corporate responsibility trends that can be leveraged to inform strategy development and support the business
What you have:
  • Post-secondary education in business, communications, or related field
  • Experience in ESG / corporate responsibility
  • Strategic and creative thinker who can distill complex ideas into simple, compelling content to inform, influence and engage
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to take initiative, be resourceful, highly accountable and proactive and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and succeed in a highly matrixed environment
  • Strong writing, research and analytical skills including experience applying research to public communications programs
  • Familiarity with financial reporting requirements of publicly traded companies an asset
  • Bilingual (French and English) an asset
  • Knowledge of ESG disclosure frameworks and reporting, ranking agency requirements, etc. an asset
