Who we're looking for:
Rogers is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Sr. Cyber Security Advisor to join our dynamic Cyber Security team. This role demands a seasoned Lead IAM Developer with deep expertise in Transmit Security technologies, particularly in the development, optimization, and operationalization of the identity threat detection engine.
As aSubject Matter Expert (SME)in Transmit Security's Mosaic platform, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Rogers' adaptive authentication capabilities, strengthening identity threat detection, and driving innovation across our IAM security platforms.

Rogers is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Sr. Cyber Security Advisor to join our dynamic Cyber Security team. This role demands a seasoned Lead IAM Developer with deep expertise in Transmit Security technologies, particularly in the development, optimization, and operationalization of the identity threat detection engine.
As aSubject Matter Expert (SME)in Transmit Security's Mosaic platform, you will play a pivotal role in advancing Rogers' adaptive authentication capabilities, strengthening identity threat detection, and driving innovation across our IAM security platforms.
What You'll Do:
- Lead thedesign, development, and deploymentof Transmit identity threat detection engine, including custom rule creation, signal mapping, and behavioral analytics.
- Work with identity threat detection and fraud prevention platforms, REST APIs, SDKs, and backend integrations to build scalable and secure IAM solutions.
- Collaborate with Transmit Security and internal teams to extend detection engine capabilities, integrate with SIEM/SOAR platforms, and align with enterprise threat models.
- Serve as the primary SME for the identity threat detection engine, offering architectural guidance, implementation support, and development best practices.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting frameworks to support SOC operations and executive visibility.
- Architect and implement adaptive authentication flows using the Transmit Mosaic platform, tailored to user risk profiles and business requirements.
- Integrate authentication journeys with enterprise IAM systems, including SSO, MFA, and identity proofing solutions.
- Ensure a seamless user experience while enforcing robust security controls through contextual and risk-based access.
- Mentor junior developers and analysts in Transmit technologies and IAM development practices.
- Support the IAM Operations team in fine-tuning the identity threat detection engine for optimal performance.
- Collaborate with IAM architects, SOC analysts, and business stakeholders to align IAM solutions with enterprise security strategy.
What You Bring:
- Proven hands-on experience withTransmit Security, especially inidentity threat detection engine developmentandadaptive journey design.
- Deep understanding of risk-based authentication, key fraud signals (e.g., device fingerprinting, behavioral biometrics), and contextual access controls.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, JSON, and REST APIs for IAM integrations.
- Experience with security event monitoring, SIEM/SOAR platforms, and incident response workflows.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and track security metrics, KPIs, and KRIs.
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
