What will your typical day look like?
The Learning Specialist will work alongside program managers to plan, execute and continuously improve programs designed to accelerate the development of leaders who drive Deloitte Canada's strategic vision, and inspire and empower our people. They will be responsible for end-to-end planning, stakeholder engagement, program management, and delivery of leadership development experiences. This can include managing project plan, scheduling, budgeting, building proposals, preparing reports and communication materials to support learning, overseeing coordinator support, and acting as the first point of contact for program inquiries.

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Enough about us, let's talk about you
- 3+ years' experience in leadership development, learning and development, program management, or related field, as well as bachelor's degree such as education, human resources, learning/training or leadership development.
- Ability to coordinate the development and implementation of learning experience programs across multiple stakeholders, including refreshing course materials and communications; building agendas; reviewing program flow; and analyzing program feedback.
- Ability to run small to large-scale in-person events, including as on-site point-of-contact, operating with high quality delivery standards, and ensuring an excellent experience for all.
- Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize work demands, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and strives to deliver accurate deliverables
- Ability to prepare clear and compelling presentation materials and reports
- A drive for excellence, client service, and making things happen. You can work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Experience with vendor and budget management.
- Exceptional technical knowledge of applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, team collaboration sites, and Zoom, along with the ability to adapt to new applications.
- Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
